River Lake is a mature lake that as been specifically designed as a mixed coarse runs water. The map above shows the new swims that have been added to this 1.5 acre lake This match / pleasure lake has 16 swims. The Lake contains very large bream & tench up to 9lbs to date as well as carp up to 15lbs. It was newly stocked in February 2017 with F1s roach and perch up to 3lbs and small ide, chubb and barbel.
We also have Bream, Tench, Roach and Perch in our day ticket waters Sunnyside 1 and Sunnyside 2 if you would like a different lake.
River lake is the only original lake on the estate - which has seen several incarnations over the last 25 years. In October 2016 this lake was drained and re stocked as a match / day ticket mixed coarse water.
Day and night permits are available - A landing net and unhooking mat are necessary to fish this water due to the size of specimen stocked.
